Anxiety plays a huge role in nervous system dysregulation. It definitely did for me!

I’ve had anxiety my entire life. But moving away from home to marry my second husband and building a home, not to mention losing my job when we moved in caused me to crash!

I thank God that my nervous system is healing now, after years of rest, personal growth, eating healthy, cutting out toxic products to give my body half a chance, and trusting in God that I am healing and will be completely healed.
